The 21st Georgia is hosting a Civil War Living History event, on June 10-12, 2011. We would like to invite all interested units to participate with us on educating the public in the Canisteo Valley for that weekend. Our main goal for sponsoring this event is for educational purposes, to teach the public what life was like during the Civil War. We do this in remembrance of those who lived during this time period of history. The Canisteo event will be held behind the Canisteo American Legion in Canisteo, NY, just off Route 36, south of Hornell, NY.
